Classic & Versatile Blinds

A venetian blind is simply a covering for a window made of strips of wood, plastic, or metal that can be turned to block out or let in light.

One great thing about venetian blinds is that they give you incredible control over how much light enters the home, as well as giving you control over your privacy.  To control light, you can angle the blades to anywhere from fully open to fully closed.  For maximum amounts of light, you can even draw the venetian blinds completely up to let light stream through the window.  The ability to open the blades as you like also means that you have precise control over the amount of privacy that you have.

Another huge benefit of venetian blinds is how low maintenance they are.  They do not need to be washed or anything like that to keep them looking their best. In fact, all you have to do is to wipe them over with a cloth occasionally (either dry or damp works) or use a duster on them briefly while you are doing your dusting.  There’s nothing else that you have to worry about!

Perhaps the biggest benefit of venetian blinds is that they pretty much look great in any home, from country style through to ultra modern.  This is because they are available in different materials and widths.  Venetian blinds can be made from aluminium, timber, or PVC and they can come in super narrow width blades through to large, wide blades.  You can choose the material and width that best suits your windows and your home decor.  As well, venetian blinds are available in a huge range of colours.  Aluminium or timber blinds can be powder coated or painted in just about any colour that you like while PVC venetian blinds are available in a wide range of colours.  You can also opt for natural timber finishes if the natural beauty of timber is more your thing.
